Position Overview:

As a Technical Support Specialist at Beyond Bancard, you will be the first point of contact for merchants seeking assistance with our payment processing solutions. You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality technical support and troubleshooting services to ensure the smooth operation of our payment systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver superior customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to merchants via phone, email, and chat channels.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to payment terminals, POS systems, and online payment gateways.
• Guide merchants through setup, configuration, and integration processes for our payment solutions.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior support engineers or development teams for further investigation and resolution.
• Document support interactions, including issue details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions, in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to identify and prioritize system improvements and enhancements based on customer feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in the merchant services or fintech industry.
• Strong knowledge of payment processing systems, POS software, and payment gateway integrations.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on various operating systems (e.g., Windows, iOS, Android).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical users.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional support experiences.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
